How do I place an order?

You can place orders through our chat interface or by browsing the menu directly. Simply select a shop, choose your items, and proceed to payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cafecue wallet balance.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

You can modify your order within 2 minutes of placing it if the shop hasn't started preparation. Contact the shop directly for urgent changes.

How do I apply loyalty points?

Loyalty points are automatically applied at checkout when you have enough for a reward. You can also manually select rewards during payment.

Pickup & Timing

How will I know when my order is ready?

You'll receive a notification on your device and can track your order status in real-time. Most shops also call out order numbers.

What if I'm running late for pickup?

Most shops hold orders for 15-30 minutes. If you'll be significantly late, please call the shop directly to arrange pickup.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, just share your order number with them. Some shops may ask for ID verification for large orders.

What are typical wait times?

Wait times vary by shop and order complexity, typically 5-15 minutes. Peak hours (7-9am, 12-2pm) may be longer.

Account & Wallet

How do I add funds to my wallet?

Go to Account > Wallet and click "Add Funds". You can add any amount from $5-$500 using your saved payment methods.

Do my loyalty points expire?

Loyalty points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Stay active by placing orders or engaging with shops!

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account from Account > Profile > Account Settings. Note that this action cannot be undone.

How do I change my password?

Go to Account > Profile > Security Settings to update your password and other security preferences.

Technical Issues

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page or restarting the app. If issues persist, clear your browser cache or contact support.

I didn't receive a confirmation email

Check your spam folder first. If still missing, go to Account > Profile to resend confirmation or update your email.

My order isn't showing in order history

Orders may take a few minutes to appear. If it's been over 10 minutes, contact support with your order details.

I'm having trouble with payments

Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Try a different payment method or contact your bank.
